I loved this mystery! In fact it made me want to drink some wine, eat cheese and chocolate as I turned each page. I could almost smell the delicious truffles Sadie ate as the author described them. The Tremiato family has dynamics as we all do in our families, without the murder mystery. See who is the guilty one as you turn page by page. This author had vivid descriptions in Sadies' weekend off of the bed and breakfast that could fill the readers imagination. I could imagine my self enthralled in a game of rummy or sipping wine, as the reader should. Find out if her chocolatier friend Matteo is the criminal or a victim of jealous family members. You'll definitely be able to smell the chocolate! Until next time! Carole

I really liked reading about Scott and Jaime. I hadn't read a good romance book in ages, and everyone knows relationships aren't perfect. We all have baggage, but Scott is a great down to earth character who willfully falls for Jaime. Enjoy reading this book, I did, and I would read it again. This reminds me of my soaps, and if your a soap opera fan, it's a good read for you! The author Kaira Rouda does a good job at painting a picturesque story, vivid and fun. I look forward to reading more from her.
This was a difficult topic to write about and the author did so with compassion, intrigue and gentleness so that the reader could feel the pain, and compassion for her heroine. This hot topic is not for the light hearted, but if the reader can get past the difficult and sensitive subject, it is a love story to be enjoyed. This is the first book I've read by Rachelle Ayala, and look forward to reading more! A great read and would recommend to anyone!
This was a fun book to read, but if I had a child like Isabella, I would need multiple handlers. I don't think I could do it. This book was a little confusing to me at times, but Chris Birdy makes all the characters multifaceted and interesting. The killer is revealed to us right away, but will Bogie find out who it is? Chris Birdy keeps the reader interested even though things are evident to us, she keeps us intrigued with the story line. Great writing once again, this writer doesn't fail to keep me turning the pages. I really enjoyed, and look forward to more books from this author.
My review This book held my interest, and the characters are very relevant in our world today. A very emotional fitting book, whether you are a civilian or have a military family. It is a book everyone will like for any part of the year. The reader will find the characters in this book, Bree, Kelly and Tyler, likable, relatable, real. I highly recommend this book, I couldn't put it down.
When I was younger, a much younger girl, I loved Nancy Drew!!! Who didn't love a good sleuth and a woman, or young girl at that. Bring your margaritas and swim suits and join Madison and Fabiana on a chase for the bad guy or guys. Run into trouble while your at it, as these two surely do! You'll love the meddlesome mom, (don't we all) and love Creole, the protective sort...really, or does he just want Madison? Find out with this trouble seeking, sleuthing twosome. Debroah Brown definitely sets the scene for the reader to pack her swim suit, sunglasses and flip flops to join these two for some drinks and then some! I enjoyed this book.
Until next time.

This is the kind of book, you take a bottle of wine, sit back, relax and read. We all remember singlehood, us married women. Not all of us however, have had that meddling mom, who with her best intentions meddles much to much. Hotflash is a fun book to read, with Jillian, a sous chef as the main character. While Jillians' life sprials out of control, she takes the advice of her friend Connie and decides to survey married women on what makes a happy marriage. So what does??? I was cheering for Jillian, hoping for her to find her traveling salesman, dodging her mom, work, family, and finally.......a man??? Great read, see what advice she takes, wnd which she doesn't in this lovely light hearted romance novel. It's not your mommas' HOTFLASH.
Until next time Carole
Great book! I really enjoyed reading about the romance I love how they meet, then later a detective is trailing Drew, fights ensue. See how things end up between Drew and Amy. He mourns his wife, she catches her husband cheating then he dies in a plane crash. See how the romance blossoms. Questions we all have asked ourselves at some point in our lives. Until next time carole
I definitely got the sense of a true love story with Booker and Britney. A riveting story, suspenseful, and in a theater no less, a crime to found. Of all the awful places though. Booker and Britney meet the lovely actress that gets foundin the beginning of the story. Love, adventure, crime fighting ensue. And let's not forget Bookers' mom either! Great solid characters for this book, and a must read! Until next time Carole
I received an ebook for this review, and it was well worth it. All the romance of a true romance novel, with some back stabbing, affairs and a holiday setting. Kathleen Shoops Tending her Heart was a joy, and alot of fun to read around the holidays. Our heroine Julie Peters is an outspoken nurse who is looking for ways to improve nursing and the maternity ward. Enter Dr. Young, and romance ensues, with some troublemakers of course. It's a book I will enjoy over and over again. Hooray for outspoken nurses and romance!!!”
My Review: Boy since I started doing book reviews, I've read one good book after another. Cache a Predator is no different. Just as it sounds, it has the adventurous hobby of geocaching mixed in with a thriller type story line. This book actually has two story lines in it. One of child neglect, which is a reality in our society today. The other is of a mystery who seems to have an unusual way of revenge mixed in with geocaching. This story does remind me of the Lorena Bobbit story long ago. If you remember that whole story line, you'll get the other story line of the book, but with a twist. I couldn't stop reading, but I will think about going geocaching. Oh, and it has a little bit of a love story in this too. It is very dark, and deals with alot of real topics. Not for the faint of heart. Will Brett find happiness, and get Quinn? Will Sarah finally let a man into her life? Will Ali get the help she needs? Find out! Loved it, and I can't wait for a follow up. Until Next time. Carole
